The Olive Oil Greenway
The 55 km of the Olive Oil Greenway that runs through the province of Jaén is characterized by an endless landscape of olive groves interspersed with nine impressive metal viaducts dating from the 19th century.
The importance of this crop was such that the railway that used to run on the old tracks was known popularly as the Olive Oil Train.
Now the route has been converted into a Greenway where tourists can enjoy the combination of attractive landscapes and a rich historical legacy
